Week 3: The Pageant of the Transmundane

Now I had a tough decision to make this week as there were a few worthy nominations this week, but only one left me scarred for life, so naturally, that's the one that had that little bit extra to push it over the top.

You see, earlier this week, Jen at Casual Slack posted a link to a site featuring Leslie Hall in a bunch of sweaters, which was weird and sort of twisted on its own, but probably wouldn't have been able to win this award on its own. No, to win this award this week, I had to see something which left me speechless and feeling a little queasy.

And that is exactly what Jen delivered, in her evil, evil way(66% evil my ass). She discovered 3 music videos from Leslie and the Lys to torment us all with, and because I had to experience them and I am still having flashbacks from them, it has slowly and surely drawn me closer to madness than I have ever been, and rather than suffer alone, I am giving it an award so you can see it too.

You have been warned. Enjoy the show, and I will tell you beforehand, DO NOT LOOK DIRECTLY INTO THE GOLD PANTS. At least, not without proper protection.

Do you think you can take it?

Homer Simpson Transmundanity Award

The Horror, the horror. I would like to congratulate Jen for giving me post-traumatic stress disorder, thus winning her this award. I would also like to give Rocky Jay a shoutout for being a close second this week.

The rules of this contest: Every week I will be selecting one blog post that I have seen from the vast reaches of the blogosphere to bestow with the Homer Simpson Transmundanity Award for being one of the freakiest(in a funny way) things I've seen or read during a 7 day period. It doesn't necessarily have to have been written during the week, I just had to have encountered it.

Now, if you see a post that you think is worthy of this illustrious prize, just drop me a line and we'll see if we can't get your entry up and award-ready.

Mr. Fab, you will not discover any monetary contributions to the other winners, I mean, I am broke after all.

I also have to say that my level of satisfaction with BlogMad has been less than stellar as of late... like there is no banking of credits, so you have to be very vigilant to get enough credits every day.

I guess I have to be a little more careful with my credits there.
