My Blogmad credits....

are swirling down, down, down the figurative drain faster than I can fill the sink. EEK!

I put in 100 credits, and at the moment, I have less than 40 of those left. I am losing the battle. Is anyone else having this sort of problem?

Yep, it's pretty frustrating. I don't have all day to spend here--I've got blogging to do! :)

I never have an credits left. The default is 5 but I'll surf to get about 20-30 credit and it "dissapears" in less than half and hour. weird. Blogexplosion has an average utilization of 15 credits a day - pathetic and the direct opposite! It looks like Blogmad is much better, they are doing something with my credits or Blogexplosion just sucks (I thought they claim to have the biggest amount of bloggers)?? i can't keep surfing in blogmad without actually knowing that I am going to get quality hits in return or someone just surfing for credits i.e. going on my website for 20+ seconds and then clicking to get the credit. like Jen, I think I might eventually give up!

I wish the time limit was more than 25 seconds. I think too many people are just simply clicking through for credits rather than taking the time to read a blog.

You can always block a site you don't want to revisit rather than using up all their credits on meaningless hits but if that were used than all the popular sites would run out of credits that much quicker.

On another note it took me several times to comment here due to the word verification not showing up.

I've wanted to comment on other posts but it hasn't let me so I've been forced to click through here myself without commenting before.

Are your banner or text links being shown on other blogs? That's where alot of MY credits are going to.

General comment: I like to keep my credits around 200 or so, and it seems that in the past few days, it is like there has been a huge influx of hits that is making it harder and harder to maintain a consistent level of credits. When I first started trying to keep a bank account of credits a few weeks ago, I was getting about 150 hits a day... and yesterday I hit 290. There is something seriously wrong with that.

Jen: I'll miss you if you totally quit the service. I am just saying.

Zed: It is good to know it isn't just me.

Mr. Fab: I have a little buffer though I may have to meter my credits a little better now.

Foo: Well, I think we are all getting quantity instead of quality out of the experience.

Mike: I've been hearing that comment problem a few times lately... I suspect it is blogger beta related.

Omni: I used to be in the banner program, but I discovered the investment wasn't paying off, so I deleted my banner.

Hilly: I'll say this: someone has set the bar REALLY high this week.

I've noticed it too.
Frustrating.

I was talking to some others in the BM shout box at the weekend - almost all of them said that it had been a heavy surfing day and that they were all suffering from a rapid drain.

DPrince: It certainly has been.

Msdemmie: I took Mr. Fab's advice and put a much higher limiter on my credits so I can keep a much better eye on them.
