When I was a kid, my dad used to do this annoying thing. He would flip between the same 4-5 channels on cable over and over again, and I never thought I would ever catch myself doing that.
And then I realized I had visited the same 6-10 sites multiple(putting it mildly) times today. Much like a remote control, the address bar just makes flipping around to sites a lot easier, so I visit places a bit too often. In isolation, it looks really bad, I mean, some people who have site meters and such... they have to think I am like nutty obsessed, when I am just flipping around. In the wider view, it doesn't look as bad, but it is still... well, still sort of sad.
The only consolation I can give to the people who are the recipients of my flipping around is I like the stuff you do, and I don't want to miss a thing, and now that I know that I may have a problem with it, I can perhaps stem the tide of traffic I am throwing in your collective way.

I'm quite an internet addict. I look at everything, blogs, game sites, forums, etc.
Where I'm at, the internet is currently more interesting that the television.
